Return & Refund Policy

A refund request will be considered within 7 days from the date of purchase only under the following circumstances: 

1. Damaged product upon delivery 

2. Duplicate product received 

3. Quantity received varies from the order For a return to be processed, the following conditions must be met: 

1. The product should not show signs of damage while in the customer's possession.

 2. The received product matches the item that was originally shipped. 

3. The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and accompanying receipts.

4. A mandatory unboxing video is required during the return process. 

For damaged or defective items received, customers are required to notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the products. A refund request will be reviewed and addressed after verification by the merchant.

 If customers believe that the received product does not match what was displayed on the website or fails to meet expectations, they must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate the complaint and make an appropriate decision.

 Please note the following deductions in case of order cancellation after online payment:

 1. 3% deduction as payment gateway charges 

2. Deduction of courier charges (forward + return) from the refund amount for orders in transit (shipped) 

3. Customers are responsible for printing the manifest provided by Growmize while returning the product. 

To request a refund, customers should contact us at growmizeagri@gmail.com within seven (7) days of purchase, providing purchase details, order number (received via email/message), and the reason for the refund request. We value customer feedback and use it to enhance our products and service quality. Refunds are processed after validation and analysis by our customer support team and will reflect in your bank account only upon the product's return to our hub. Once the refund is processed, an email and SMS will be sent to you with the transaction details. 

1. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. 

2. Please refrain from returning purchases directly to the manufacturer. 

3. Refunds are possible only for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt and invoice. The refund will be initiated once the product reaches our premises. 

Note: For a refund, the registered Growmizeagri account name must match the customer's bank account name. Customers are required to provide a photo of their cheque or passbook along with Aadhaar Card or PAN Card for refund purposes.
